How do I pick my podcast recording option with RPS?
We offer monthly, one-time and no editing video record sessions. Choose from the following:
1) One 90 Minute Podcast Recording Slot Per Visit. No Editing. We deliver a live recording cut of two cameras. Up to 4 microphones for guests. Raw Audio and Video isolated file delivery optional. Suited for in and out creators with editors and creative team.

2) One 90 Minute Podcast Recording Slot with Editing. We provide 1 fully edited podcast with creative captions, image + logo overlays, host and guest titles. A 1 minute social short episode promo video and an option to stream (virtual guest included). Suited for creators looking for podcast editors and creative team to brand their podcast. 3) Two 90 Minute Podcast Recording Slots with Editing Per Month. We provide a podcast producer, 1 set design session, YouTube publishing, 4 Short Social 1 minute videos for promotion, logo + image overlays, host and guest titles with an option to stream (virtual guest included). Suited for creators looking for consistency, podcast branding, a producer and creative team to assisting in audience building and podcast publishing with monetization. Note: All media (images, logos, etc.) are required 48 hours prior to the scheduled podcast recording day!
How many guests can I bring?
You can invite up to 4 guests for your podcast recording. If your podcast session includes remote guests we accommodate up to 2 virtual video calls. If you have a larger guest list or party please contact us for audio/video equipment and seating arrangements.
When does my session start?
Podcast recording times start approximately 20 mins after you and your guests enter the studio . Our technicians will greet and discuss with you your podcast agenda, images + logos (if applies) check you in and prepare you and your guests for the podcast recording.
When will I receive my podcast recording? (No Editing)
We record your podcast live in the studio with multiple cameras; when the recording stops we have a ready copy of your recording. If you’d like to have you rerecording that day bring a flash drive of at least 64gb. Our normal delivery time is 72hrs by e-mailed “cloud link”.
For podcasts that include editing of any kind or social promo clips please allow a 7 day turnaround from the day of your podcast recording.
Why would I need further editing?
While the ‘live’ cut will satisfy most, we like to offer additional editing services for your podcasts that include; images + logo overlays, guest and host name, intro videos and social promotional videos like YouTube Shorts. Learn More About Our Podcast with Editing Packages.
Can I live stream from here?
Yes! We offer streaming to your normal platforms; YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and others. We offer streaming to Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and more. We use vMix as our production tool and we offer up to two Virtual Guests that can remote into your podcast show.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
